We start the morning off with “World Class Fishing”, upon your return we will have open air tents for shade already set up and located directly on a quiet and private marina along the Destin Harbor, dock side. We set up plenty of comfortable tables and chairs for your group to relax on while sipping an ice cold drink and listening to local live entertainment.

After your fish are cleaned, we will prepare them several different ways, fried, blackened, grilled and stuffed. It doesn't get any fresher then this folks!

In our buffet style setting, we also include hamburgers and hot dogs for the “youngins” and for folks who don't enjoy fresh fish. We include plenty of delicious and cool sides such as, peel and eat shrimp, marinated cucumber salad, crunchy cole slaw, potato salad, in season fruit salad & vegetable trays. For dessert we offer ice cream and freshly baked cookies to create your own ice cream sandwiches! We stock plenty of coolers with iced down soft drinks. Don't worry about having to get up from your comfy lounge for another drink; our staff will fetch it for ya!
